Important Update: Mindcare Club and Medicard Partnership
We'd like to inform Medicard members about a change in our partnership with Medicard Philippines, Inc. Effective May 15, 2024, Mindcare Club services will no longer be covered outright by Medicard.
Looking to Continue Care at Mindcare Club? You may explore the option to seek reimbursement from Medicard. We recommend contacting Medicard directly through your HR or Account Manager, or contact their hotline to learn more about the process and inquire about the following:
- The specific services your plan covers.
- The amount of reimbursement you may be eligible for.
- The required documentation for submitting a claim.
After you learn the details, here's what to know if you want to continue in Mindcare Club:
- You will be responsible for the initial cost of your services.
- You can then submit a claim to your HMO for reimbursement according to your plan's coverage.
- We will provide you with the necessary documentation to assist you in this process.
We value our relationship with you and would love for you to continue your sessions at Mindcare Club. Here's how:
Schedule Appointments: Book appointments at least 48 hours in advance as a non-HMO client to ensure availability.
New Billing: Regular rates will apply for your sessions. Prepayment will be required to secure your appointment.
Payment Process: You'll receive a billing email with clear payment instructions within 1-2 business days of scheduling. Prompt payment is necessary to confirm your appointment.

FOR MINDCARE CLUB PATIENTS/MEMBERS:
For patients booking for their first time session please select FIRST STEP visit option.
Our process for Mindcare Club is called the "Stepped Care Model". All first-time patients will need to be seen by our FIRST STEP SPECIALISTS for their assessment, and then will be referred to our pool of mental healthcare providers.
